The Lazyman's way

A year ago, I bought a new tv, because it was time for me I moved on. I went from a quite small, but not too shabby, tv to a bigscreen FullHD tv.
Quite a lot of money, but it was worth it, because it still is one of the larger screens around.
With around 40-50 inch of joy, I can play my xbox, watch some VHS, dvd or play on the Wii. Thing is. This tv is made for normal people and normal people don't seem to own multiple consoles. That's why there's only 1 component-entrance.
Problem is that I got 2 component cable-sets that need to be plugged in. I could just keep on switching, which is in fact the thing I've been doing for the past year, but common sense shows that the more you keep on plugging in and out cables, the worse the cable-entrence gets. Either way it's not helping improve the tv's quality.
After a long search-run that lasted around 4 months where I looked for a switch that could hold multiple component-cables, I FINALLY found one.
During my search I found a lot, but the problem was that those were studio-made, with 100-500 entrances and those babies cost about 5000 euros each.
But what struck me, is how easy things go these days. With my school-schedule these days, I don't have any time to run around the mall looking for shops who sell this. What I do now is just surf away and use my CreditCard to buy things with the click of a button.
Just yesterday, I purchased Gears 2 and the entire collection of Jurassic Park, with just the click of a mouse.
It's so awesome. But you might ask; Mick, didn't you notice this before?
Well yeah, I did. But just recently, I've came to the conclusion that it's to superhandy in my current situation.
Yeah... you need to look at those good things. Even though they might me simple things...
